Telecom Argentina prepays $100 million of four-year loan agreement

Olympia, Wash., March 26 – Telecom Argentina SA prepaid $100 million of its $500 million four-year loan agreement on March 25, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citibank NA, HSBC México, SA, Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero HSBC, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd., Dubai (DIFC) Branch, JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and Banco Santander SA are joint bookrunners and lead arrangers, with Citibank as administrative agent.

Telecom Argentina is a telecommunications company based in Buenos Aires.
