Shamrock Capital repurchases EGP 1.02 billion dollar-settled notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 19 – Shamrock Capital plc repurchased its EGP 1,024,000,000 of outstanding series 2018-08 dollar settled secured zero-coupon notes linked to Egyptian treasury bills due 2019, according to a notice.
The notes were repurchased on Tuesday.
As previously reported, the company had repurchased its EGP 230 million of outstanding series 2018-06 dollar settled secured zero-coupon notes linked to Egyptian treasury bills due 2019 on Feb. 7 and its EGP 206 million of outstanding series 2018-04 dollar settled secured zero-coupon notes linked to Egyptian treasury bills due 2019 on Jan. 28.
