By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Dec. 21 – Camposol Holding plc and Camposol SA, as issuer, called for redemption the 10˝% senior secured notes due 2021.

The notes will be redeemed on Jan. 24 at a price of 105.25% of par plus accrued interest, according to the notice.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent.

As previously reported, the issuer began tendering for its $147.49 million of 10˝% notes due 2021 on April 27, which had been set to end May 3 but was then extended until May 9 and then to May 14.

The company then terminated the offer on May 14 because the financing condition had not been met.

The company then gave an update on the tender Aug. 23, saying that they had not decided whether to go forward with the offer or not.

“We are not sure if we will do it. We have no intentions of doing it in the short-term,” deputy manager of investor relations Jossue Yesquen said at the time.

In the tender, the company was offering to pay $1,066.90 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date.

Lima, Peru-based Camposol is a grower and exporter of vegetables and fruits.
