Entravision Communications plans to prepay $50 million of term loan

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 18 – Entravision Communications Corp. plans to prepay $50 million of term loans outstanding under its senior secured term loan credit facility entered into on Nov. 30, 2017, according to a news release.

Entravision expects to make the prepayment on Dec. 31 using cash on hand.

Entravision is a Santa Monica, Calif.-based diversified Spanish-language media company.
