Milacron voluntarily pays down $15 million of term loan borrowings
By Wendy Van Sickle
Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 30 – Milacron Holdings Corp. made a voluntary $15 million principal payment on its outstanding senior secured term loan facility on Friday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The facility matures Sept. 28, 2023.
This is the company's fourth payment this year, bringing the total amount the company has paid down the loan by in 2018 to $90 million, the filing noted.
Milacron said it is committed to its goal of paying down the loan by $100 million in 2018.
The borrower is a Cincinnati-based provider of plastics processing technologies and industrial fluids.
