AT&T plans to repay $3.55 billion under tranche A and B term loans

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 16 – AT&T Inc. said it intends to repay $3.55 billion of the $6,175,000,000 outstanding under its term loan, including $462.5 million of the amount outstanding of tranche A advances and $3,087,500,000 of the amount outstanding of tranche B advances.

After the repayments are applied there will be $2,625,000,000 outstanding of tranche A advances and no outstanding tranche B advances.

On June 14, AT&T drew on the term loan to finance a portion of the cash consideration for the acquisition of Time Warner Inc.
