Camden Property Trust to repay $380 million debt due 2019 via notes

Chicago, Oct. 2 – Camden Property Trust plans to repay about $380 million of outstanding secured debt using proceeds of new dollar-denominated notes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company’s line of credit matures in August 2019, with two six-month extension options to August 2020.

The real estate investment trust for apartment communities is based in Houston.
