Casino, Guichard-Perrachon buys back €22.6 million medium-term notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 5 – Casino, Guichard-Perrachon purchased and canceled some of its medium-term notes from six series, according to notices.

The company purchased €4 million of its 3.994% series 28 notes due March 9, 2020; €3.9 million of its 3.157% series 29 notes due Aug. 6, 2019; €3.6 million of its 4.481% series 29 notes due Nov. 12, 2018; €3.4 million of its 3.311% series 30 notes due Jan. 25, 2023; €2.6 million of its 2.798% series 32 notes due Aug. 5, 2026; €3 million of its 2.33% series 33 notes due Feb. 7, 2025; and €2.1 million of its 1.865% series 34 notes due June 13, 2022.

Following the transactions, €496.7 million principal amount remains outstanding under the series 28 notes; €674.7 million remains outstanding under the 3.157% series 29 notes; €348.35 million remains outstanding under the 4.481% series 29 notes; €719.7 million remains outstanding under the series 30 notes; €508.3 million remains outstanding under the series 32 notes; €444.2 million remains outstanding under the series 33 notes; and €743.9 million remains outstanding under the series 34 notes.

The notes were issued under the company’s €9 billion euro medium-term note program.

Casino is a food retailer based in Saint-Etienne, France.
