Workspace to redeem £57.5 million of 6% bonds due 2019 on Sept. 10

Chicago, Aug. 10 – Workspace Group plc said it exercised the call option on its £57.5 million 6% bonds due 2019.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 10 with the redemption price to be set on Sept. 6, according to a notice.

The notes were issued on Oct. 9, 2012.

Workspace Group plc is a real estate investment trust based in London.
