Milacron voluntarily pays down $25 million of term loan borrowings

Olympia, Wash., July 31 – Milacron Holdings Corp. made a voluntary $25 million principal payment on its outstanding senior secured term loan facility on Tuesday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The facility matures Sept. 28, 2023.

This is the company's third payment this year, the filing noted.

Milacron said it is committed to an additional minimum paydown of $25 million, for a total minimum paydown of $100 million.

The borrower is a Cincinnati-based provider of plastics processing technologies and industrial fluids.
