Invitation Homes prepays $200 million borrowings under JPMorgan loan

Morgantown, W.Va., July 12 – Invitation Homes Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, CSH 2016-1 Borrower, LLC, voluntarily prepaid $200 million of borrowings outstanding under its loan agreement dated June 7, 2016 with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as lender, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This prepayment made on July 9 reduces the borrower’s outstanding obligation under the loan agreement to $327,778,780.

The paydown was made with unrestricted cash on hand, including net proceeds from the company’s IH 2018-3 securitization that closed on June 28.
