Calfrac calls $115.45 million of 7½% notes due 2020 in two tranches

Chicago, June 8 – Calfrac Well Services Ltd. issued a redemption notice for $115,452,000 of its 7½% senior notes due Dec. 1, 2020 issued in two tranches.

The notes were set to be redeemed Friday at a redemption price of 101.25%, according to the notice.

The remaining amounts are $112,982,000 and $2.47 million.

As previously announced, investors had tendered $484,531,000, or 80.76%, of the $600 million of 7½% senior notes due 2020 in the offer that ran from May 9 until May 22.

The purchase price was $1,013.70 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Calfrac is a Calgary, Alta.-based company that provides specialized oilfield services to exploration and production companies.
