Omeros borrows $45 million under term loan agreement with CRG

Olympia, Wash., May 21 – Omeros Corp. borrowed $45 million under its term loan agreement with CRG Servicing LLC on May 18, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As previously reported, Omeros amended the facility to allow for the company to borrow up to an additional $45 million on or before May 20.

Omeros is a biopharmaceutical company based in Seattle.
