International Transmission repays all borrowings under 2017 term loan

Morgantown, W.Va., April 5 – International Transmission Co. repaid in full on April 4 all outstanding loans, together with interest and all other amounts due, under its term loan credit agreement dated March 23, 2017, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and exchange Commission.

PNC Bank, NA was administrative agent for the lenders.

The electric transmission company, a subsidiary of ITC Holdings Corp., is based in Novi, Mich.
