Moody’s moves Greenhill view to negative

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed the outlook for Greenhill & Co. to negative from stable and affirmed its Ba3 ratings.

“The negative outlook reflects Greenhill's growing refinancing risk in a softening M&A environment,” the agency said in a press release. Greenhill’s $272 million term loan matures in 2024.
