PharMerica terminates 2014 credit agreement in connection with merger

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 15 – PharMerica Corp. repaid and terminated its 2014 credit agreement dated with Bank of America, NA as administrative agent on Thursday in connection with the buyout of the company by KKR, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The credit agreement was entered on Sept. 17, 2014 with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as syndication agent and with U.S. Bank, NA, Citibank, NA, MUFG Union Bank, NA, BBVA Compass Bank and SunTrust Bank as co-documentation agents.

Louisville, Ky.-based PharMerica provides institutional pharmacy services.
