Alimentation Couche-Tard to repay facility debt with note proceeds

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 7 – Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. plans to repay debt under its senior credit facilities using proceeds from a new offering, according to a press release.

The company said on Thursday that it plans to offer one or more series of senior notes, including a series of floating-rate notes.

Alimentation Couche-Tard is a Quebec-based convenience store operator.
