Ferrari to repay credit facility borrowings with note proceeds

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 16 – Ferrari NV will repay amounts outstanding under its credit facility using some proceeds from an issuance of new notes, the company said in a press release.

The company settled its €700 million offering of 0.25% notes due January 2021 on Thursday.

The car manufacturer is based in Maranello, Italy.
