INC Research makes $30 million voluntary prepayment on term loan

Minneapolis, July 27 – INC Research Holdings, Inc. made a $30 million voluntary prepayment on its term loan that will be applied against the regularly scheduled quarterly principal payments, according to a 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The July 24 prepayment reduced the outstanding balance under the term loan to $445 million.

INC Research is a Raleigh, N.C.-based contract research organization providing the full range of phase I to phase IV clinical development services for the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries.
