Sirius XM to redeem 5¾% notes due 2021 on Aug. 4
New York, July 6 – Sirius XM Radio, Inc. will redeem its $600 million of 5¾% senior notes due 2021 on Aug. 4, according to a notice from the issuer.
The company will pay 102.875% of par plus accrued interest.
Sirius XM priced an upsized $2 billion of new notes in two tranches on June 26 and said it would use the proceeds to redeem the 5¾% notes as well as to redeem all of its outstanding 4¼% senior notes due 2020 and to repay a portion of the $1 billion currently outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
Sirius is a New York-based radio broadcasting company.
