WhiteWave repays 2012 credit agreement upon being acquired by Danone

Columbus, Ohio, April 12 – WhiteWave Foods Co. repaid and terminated its credit agreement dated Oct. 12, 2012 with Bank of America, NA, as administrative agent on Tuesday in connection with its acquisition by Danone SA, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

WhiteWave did not incur any early termination penalty as a result of the transaction.

WhiteWave is a Denver-based consumer packaged food and beverage company. It survives as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Danone, a food products company based in Paris.
