AmeriGas to redeem remaining 7% notes due 2022 on May 20 at 103.5

Morgantown, W.Va., March 27 – AmeriGas Partners, LP said its wholly owned subsidiaries, AmeriGas Finance Corp. and AmeriGas Finance LLC, issued a notice of redemption for the remaining 7% senior notes due 2022 not tendered under the tender offer that expired on Feb. 10.

Following completion of the tender offer, there was $102,512,000 principal amount of notes that had not been tendered and accepted for repurchase.

Holders of these outstanding notes will receive a cash payment of $1,035 for each $1,000 principal amount plus accrued up to but excluding the redemption date, which will be May 20.

U.S. Bank is the trustee.
