Arctic Cat terminates BofA credit facility after buyout by Textron

Morgantown, W.Va., March 6 – Arctic Cat Inc. terminated its second amended and restated loan and security agreement with Bank of America, NA as lender and agent on March 6, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

All outstanding loans under the credit facility were repaid in full.

The termination is in connection with Textron Inc.’s acquisition of Arctic Cat, which was completed on Monday.

Based in Minneapolis, Arctic Cat makes snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles.
