Spain’s Tecnocom to redeem 6˝% notes on April 8

New York, Feb. 27 – Tecnocom Tetelecomunicaciones y Energia, SA will redeem its €35 million of 6˝% notes due 2019 on April 8, according to an announcement from the company.

Holders will receive 103.25% of par plus accrued interest.

Tecnocom’s significant generation of cash made the debt reduction possible, Carlos Marino, the company’s director general of finance, said in a news release.

Tecnocom is a Madrid-based information technology company operating in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
