Ladbrokes Group to repay bank debt with senior notes proceeds

New York, Oct. 28 – Ladbrokes Group Finance plc plans to refinance bank debt facilities using proceeds from a pound sterling-denominated senior unsecured notes offering, according to a market source.

The bank debt was put in place to support the merger of the Ladbrokes and Gala Coral businesses to form one of the leading European betting and gaming groups.
