MMI International to repay term loan A debt via new note offering

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 27 – MMI International Ltd. plans to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under the term loan A facility of its senior secured credit facilities with the net proceeds from a new $300 million five-year senior secured note offering, according to a notice.

MMI is a Singapore-based technology company with a focus on key components for the hard disk drive industry.
