Nortek calls $735 million 8½% senior notes due 2021 for redemption

New York, Aug. 31 – Nortek, Inc. said it will redeem its $735 million of 8½% senior notes due 2021 on Sept. 30.

The company will pay 104.25% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date, according to a notice.

Nortek is a Providence, R.I.-based industrial company that specializes in ventilation products, security and audio/video solutions, heating and cooling products, air management systems and ergonomic and productivity solutions.
