Graphic Packaging to repay dollar portion of revolver via new notes

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 8 – Graphic Packaging Holding Co. plans to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under the dollar-denominated portion of its senior secured revolving credit facility using the proceeds from a new senior note offering, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will also be used to pay fees and expenses.

The company announced the $300 million note offering on Monday morning.

Graphic Packaging is a Marietta, Ga.-based paperboard packaging company.
