Care Capital to repay term loan borrowings via new note offering

Norfolk, Va., July 6 – Care Capital Properties, LP plans to repay a portion of the term loan borrowings outstanding under its credit and guaranty agreement with the net proceeds from a senior note offering, according to a press release.

The aggregate principal amount of the private offering, which will be due in 2026, is yet to be determined.

Care Capital Properties is a health care real estate investment trust based in Chicago.
