Gray Television to repay term loan via $425 million note offering

Norfolk, Va., June 7 – Gray Television, Inc. plans to repay the outstanding term loan entered into in February under its senior credit facility with the proceeds from a $425 million senior note offering and cash on hand, according to a press release.

Proceeds will also be used to pay transaction-related fees and expenses.

The company began a private offering of the notes, which are due 2026, on Tuesday.

Gray Television is an Atlanta-based television broadcast company.
