DHX Media to repay debt under senior secured facilities via new notes

Chicago, May 10 – DHX Media Ltd. said it plans to pay down debt under its senior secured credit facilities using proceeds of a new notes issue.

DHX Media plans to issue additional 5 7/8% senior notes due Dec. 2, 2021 in a private placement under Rule 144A and Regulation S, according to a company press release.
