By Tali Rackner

Norfolk, Va., May 9 – Ntelos Holdings Corp. repaid all outstanding debt under its second amended and restated credit agreement dated Jan. 31, 2014 and terminated the facility on Friday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA is the administrative agent and collateral agent on the facility.

The repayment and termination are in connection with the Friday completion of the company’s merger with Gridiron Merger Sub, Inc., a subsidiary of Shenandoah Telecommunications Co.

Ntelos is a Waynesboro, Va.-based provider of wireless and wireline communications services. Shenandoah Telecommunications is an Edinburg, Va.-based holding company that provides telecommunications services through its operating subsidiaries.
