Axalta Coating Systems prepays $100 million of senior term loans

Morgantown, W.Va., April 18 – Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. voluntarily prepaid $100 million of outstanding term loans under its senior secured credit facility on Friday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Axalta is a Wilmington, Del.-based supplier of vehicle and industrial coating systems.
