Corus Entertainment sets 109.5751 redemption price for 4¼% notes

Tacoma, Wash., April 14 – Corus Entertainment Inc. determined the redemption price for its 4¼% senior guaranteed notes due 2020 will be C$1,095.751 per C$1,000 principal amount of notes, according to a company news release.

Holders will also receive accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

As previously reported, the company will redeem all C$550 million of the notes on April 18.
