Weight Watchers pays down remainder of tranche B-1 term facility

Tacoma, Wash., April 1 – Weight Watchers International, Inc. repaid $144.3 million principal amount of loans on Friday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amount repaid constitutes the entire remaining principal amount of loans outstanding under the company’s tranche B-1 term facility due April 2, 2016.

The company made the repayment with cash on hand.

Weight Watchers is a New York-based provider of weight management services.
