Freescale Semiconductor repays $50 million of outstanding revolver debt

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 22 – Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. repaid $50 million of the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility on Oct. 14, according to a press release.

The paydown resulted in an outstanding balance of $150 million drawn under the revolver. The company borrowed $200 million under the facility on Aug. 3 to redeem its 10¾% notes.

The semiconductor manufacturer is based in Austin, Texas.
