Metinvest holders form ad hoc group to stand in for three note series

Chicago, Sept. 25 – Metinvest BV said that holders of more than half of the outstanding principal amount across three series of notes have formed an ad hoc committee.

The holders represent the following series of notes:

• $85,238,250 10Ό% guaranteed notes due 2016;

• $289,734,000 10½% guaranteed notes due 2017; and

• $750 million 8Ύ% guaranteed notes due 2018.

The committee has appointed Blackstone Group International Partners LLP as financial advisers and Linklaters LLP as legal advisers.

“The issuer welcomes this development and will engage with the committee and its advisers,” according to a company press release.
