Hastings Insurance calls £106.6 million of 8% senior notes due 2020

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 17 – Hastings Insurance Group (Finance) plc called £106.6 million of its 8% senior notes due 2020, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed Oct. 16 at a price of 108 plus accrued interest.

The insurance company is based in Suffolk, England.
