Crowley ISD, Texas, defeases $63.77 million of 2005, 2007 bonds

Columbus, Ohio, June 25 – Crowley Independent School District, Texas defeased $63,765,000 of unlimited tax school building and refunding bonds, series 2005 and 2007, according to a notice.
The following bonds, dated June 15, 2005, will be redeemed on Aug. 1 at par:
• All $1.06 million of 5% bonds due 2016;
• All $1.11 million of 5% bonds due 2017;
• All $1,165,000 of 5% bonds due 2018;
• All $1,215,000 of 5% bonds due 2019;
• All $1,275,000 of 5% bonds due 2020;
• All $1,335,000 of 5% bonds due 2021;
• All $1,395,000 of 5% bonds due 2022;
• All $1,465,000 of 5% bonds due 2023;
• All $4,035,000 of 5% bonds due 2024;
• All $4.26 million of 5% bonds due 2025;
• All $4,505,000 of 5% bonds due 2026;
• All $4.77 million of 5% bonds due 2027;
• All $2.13 million of 5.125% bonds due 2030; and
• All $4,315,000 of 4.75% bonds due 2035.
The following bonds, dated Aug. 1, 2007, will be redeemed on Aug. 1, 2017 at par:
• All $400,000 of 4.375% bonds due 2019;
• All $405,000 of 4.5% bonds due 2020;
• All $420,000 of 4.5% bonds due 2021;
• All $445,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2022;
• All $460,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2023;
• All $485,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2024;
• All $505,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2025;
• All $530,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2026;
• All $550,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2027;
• All $405,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2028;
• All $420,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2029;
• All $445,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2030;
• All $455,000 of 4.625% bonds due 2031; and
• All $23,805,000 of 5% bonds due 2034.
All of the bonds have a due date of Aug. 1 of their respective years.
