Brazil’s Oi to repurchase two series of nonconvertible debentures

Columbus, Ohio, June 24 – Oi SA will proceed with a mandatory repurchase of the first and second series of the company’s ninth issuance of simple, nonconvertible, unsecured debentures, according to a Wednesday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The first series debentures (Oi BR-D91) will be bought back for R$ 10,151.254243 each and the second series (Oi BR-D92) for R$10,907.475477 each.

Rio de Janeiro-based Oi is a telecommunications service provider.
