China’s Fosun to redeem all $300 million 7½% senior notes at 101.875

Madison, Wis., May 22 – Fosun International Ltd. said it will redeem its outstanding 7½% senior notes due 2016 in full on June 22.

The company will repay the notes at 101.875 plus accrued interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.

As of May 22, there is $300 million principal amount of the 7½% notes outstanding.

The company said it will use its own funds to pay the redemption price.

Fosun is a Shanghai-based conglomerate.
