New York City Municipal Water calls $1.12 billion water, sewer bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 15 – The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority plans to redeem its fiscal 2005 series C, 2005 series D and 2006 series A water and sewer system revenue bonds, according to multiple notices.

The following will be purchased at par on June 15:

• $410.45 million of 2005C bonds due June 15, 2016 to 2031;

• $406.75 million of 2005D bonds due June 15, 2037 to 2039; and

• $300.29 million of 2006A bonds due June 15, 2037 to 2029, 2032 and 2039.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.
