Bellatrix Exploration to repay credit facility with new note proceeds

Columbus, Ohio, May 8 – Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. plans to partially repay money owed under its bank credit facility with proceeds from an offering of senior notes, according to a company news release.

The $250 million in senior notes will be due 2020, the Friday news release states.

Based in Calgary, Alta., Bellatrix Exploration is an oil and gas exploration and production company.
