Fortune Brands to fund Norcraft purchase with credit facility drawings

Norfolk, Va., March 30 – Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. said it will borrow under its existing credit facility to finance the roughly $600 million acquisition of Norcraft Cos., Inc., according to a press release.

Fortune Brands is a Deerfield, Ill.-based company that creates products and services for homeowners, including entry door systems, windows, faucets and locks. Norcraft is a manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
