Cimpress to repay unsecured line of credit, revolver via senior notes

Norfolk, Va., March 10 – Cimpress NV plans to repay debt under its unsecured line of credit and revolving credit facility with the proceeds from a new senior notes offering, according to a press release.

Proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes.

Cimpress is a Venlo, Netherlands-based supplier of printed and promotional material and marketing services.
