Goodrich Petroleum to repay loan borrowings via common stock proceeds

Norfolk, Va., March 2 – Goodrich Petroleum Corp. plans to repay borrowings under its credit facility with the proceeds from a public offering of common stock, according to a press release.

Proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes.

Goodrich is a Houston-based independent oil and gas exploration and development company.
