Smurfit Kappa to repay term loan borrowings with senior note proceeds

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 11 – Smurfit Kappa Group plc plans to reduce term loan borrowings under the senior facilities agreement of Smurfit Kappa Acquisitions with the proceeds from a new senior note offering, according to a press release.

Smurfit Kappa is a Dublin-based corrugated packaging company.
