Speedway Motorsports to draw on credit facility for notes buyback

New York, Jan. 22 – Speedway Motorsports Inc. expects to use borrowings under its credit facility to help fund the redemption of its 6¾% senior notes due 2019, according to a market source.

Other funds for the buyback will come from a $200 million senior notes offering.

Speedway is a Concord, N.C.-based motorsports facilities management services provider.
