S&P puts Green Mountain Coffee on positive watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed the B corporate credit rating and issue-level ratings on Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. on CreditWatch with positive implications.

The watch placement follows news that the company will issue shares of common stock and repay a portion of its debt, S&P said.

The agency said it will seek to resolve the CreditWatch listing within 60 to 90 days.
