Westlake City School, Ohio, calls $51.17 million 2010B bonds in full

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 31 – The Westlake City School District of Ohio plans to redeem all $51,165,000 of its series 2010B federally taxable school improvement Build America bonds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 30:

• $8.12 million of 5.628% bonds due Dec. 1, 2030;

• $14,545,000 of 5.728% bonds due Dec. 1, 2035; and

• $34.5 million of 6.028% bonds due Dec. 1, 2043.

U.S. Bank NA is the bond registrar.
